As a nominee director, the appointed person is a director in name only to satisfy the local statutory requirements and he does not have any powers over the business. You are able to operate and manage your business freely as if you are a director of the company. Terms & Conditions on Provision of Nominee Director
Provision of Nominee Director service is subjected to the following criteria being met:
- Placement of a refundable deposit of S$2,000 with ContactOne prior to such nominee appointment, and
- The company secretary of the company to be provided by ContactOne, and
- The accounting function and financial reporting of the company is to be prepared by ContactOne OR
- The accounts of the Company are audited by a Singapore audit firm.
